About Me

Hello - I've been a webmaster of various sites for 11 years. I work a non-web job full time. My hobbies including cars (modifying, fixing etc.), riding bikes, juggling, cooking, reading biology, anatomy, and books on plants.

I'm not a strict vegan anymore, but I have eaten vegetarian for three years, and I still eat vegan about 90% of the time. Many of the recipes I'll link on this site are not vegan. I will help when possible to show how to create vegan versions of anything that's not. -Dan

I broke down and did a charaben for the autumn challenge on LiveJournal after all.
Nori tree with carrot and cheese autumn leaves and cheese moon (of course) on a bed of rice, parsley and chili. Two cherry tomatoes mimic autumn pumpkins.
